Tamara Vrooman receives 2013
Emerging City Visionary Award

Vancouver, B.C. -Tamara Vrooman receives Museum of Vancouver 2013 Emerging City Visionary Award. The Museum of Vancouver has honoured Vancity’s President and CEO, Tamara Vrooman, with the 2013 Emerging City Visionary Award.

The award goes to an individual who demonstrates a vision for the long-term needs of Vancouver as an innovative, sustainable and inclusive city. In accepting the award Tamara said it’s a privilege for her to be the leader of a financial co-operative whose job it is to listen to the wisdom of our members – you -- and then put the tools of banking in your service.
