Vancouver Food Cart Fest - 2015
Vancity is proud to continue to partner with Arrival Agency and StreetFood Vancouver Society (SFVS) to be Presenting Sponsor at the fourth annual Vancouver Food Cart Fest. Every Sunday from 12 pm - 5pm, starting June 28 until September 6, 2015, Vancity Members with proof of membership, will receive free entry and line bypass into the Vancouver Food Cart Fest (a savings of $2 per person).
Over 20 of the top food carts in the city will showcase Vancouver’s culturally diverse and talented chefs. We are proud to collaborate with the organizers to showcase at least one local ingredient each week, which will be highlighted on signage at the event.
Come enjoy the community market, live music, DJs, craft food vendors, kid activities, ping pong and much more.

Zero Waste Event
Vancity's partnership with Recycling Alternative and Green Chair Recycling will make the Vancouver Food Cart Fest a Zero Waste Event. This year we’re excited to integrate inclusive employment opportunities with United We Can, a local charitable organization that provides jobs for people with barriers to employment. For the duration of the summer there will be interactive recycling stations with United We Can recycling ambassadors sorting and educating attendees on recycling best practices.
Free onsite bicycle valet
Vancity shares and supports BEST The Bicycle Valet's commitment to sustainable transportation and solutions to climate change. We encourage you to be green with your transport this summer and ride your bike down to the Vancouver Food Cart Fest. BEST will be onsite to ensure your bike is safe and secure while you enjoy the day.
