The Vancity Group of Companies
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the Vancity Group of Companies (the ’Vancity Group’ or simply, ’Vancity’) is comprised of Vancouver City Savings Credit Union, and its subsidiaries, and affiliates, including Vancity Community Investment Bank (“VCIB”), Vancity Insurance Services Ltd., Vancity Investment Management Ltd., Vancity Enterprises Inc., Vancity Capital Corporation.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Use of Online Banking Services Restricted
Certain portions of the Website relating to on-line banking (“Online Banking”) may be accessed only by Vancity customers who have agreed to be bound by the applicable Account and Services Guide and to whom a personal access number has been issued.
Availability of Products and Services
Products and services of the Vancity Group referenced or included on vancity.com are generally available only in British Columbia, except for products and services of Vancity Community Investment Bank, which are available in every province in Canada except Québec. These products and services are not intended for or available to persons resident or located elsewhere. Vancity's products and services may be available in other provinces in accordance with provincial laws. Vancity reserves the right to make the final determination on whether or not you are eligible for any particular product or service.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
In its discretion, Vancity may supplement or change these terms and conditions from time to time, for any reason and without any prior notice or liability to you by posting revised terms and conditions on vancity.com. Each time you use vancity.com, you should check the date of these terms and conditions (which appears at the top of these terms and conditions) and review any changes since the last version.
