To lock your card and temporarily block all transactions, log in to Manage my Visa card, go to "Manage card controls", and hit the card lock/unlock toggle.
To unlock your card, hit the toggle again.
If you’re unable to find your card, call us at 1-888-990-9691 to report it as lost.
Please note recurring transactions, fees and interest will continue to be processed even if your card is locked.

If you’re the Primary Cardholder or an Account Administrator, there are two ways you can change your PIN:
If you’re an Authorized User, you will need to call to change your PIN. You won’t be able to do it online.
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you’ll need to request a new one. Call Card Services, available 24/7, at 604-877-4999 or 1-800-611-8472 (toll-free). We’ll mail you a new PIN, which should arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

You can order supplementary cards (aka an additional cards) for Authorized Users, such as friends or family members. Each supplementary card will have the Authorized User’s name on it and their own unique credit card number.
Supplementary cards are part of the Primary Cardholder’s Visa account and the transactions will appear on their statement. Vancity will only take instructions about enviro Visa accounts from the Primary Cardholder.
Authorized Users will be able to tell us if their card has been lost, stolen or used without their authority. They can also view their transactions in online banking. If they’re Vancity members with Personal banking, they can also view transactions in the mobile app.
It’s important to note that Authorized Users don’t build credit history by using their card.
