With your full-serve package, you can bank in-branch or access your accounts through phone banking, online banking, or our Member Services Centre.

Choose your monthly fee.

Get a set number of electronic§, in-branch or Member Services Centre transactions free of charge each month based on which tier you choose.

The Business Full-Serve Package includes a set number of electronic§, in-person and Member Services Centre transactions every month. If you go over your monthly limit, an additional transaction fee will apply.

Choose a monthly plan that meets your banking needs:

• Up to 20 transactions per month $15
• Up to 35 transactions per month $24
• Up to 50 transactions per month $30
• Up to 75 transactions per month $40
• Up to 125 transactions per month $55
Fee for transactions over your monthly limit $0.85 per transaction
Fee for requesting or sending an Interac e-Transfer® $0.90 per transaction

Fees for transactions over your limit will be accumulated monthly and charged at month end as one amount. Electronic transactions§ do not include Interac e-Transfers®. See the Business Service Charge Bulletin for a complete description of account fees.
