Online Banking login
Alerts you anytime there is a new login to your account.
New bill payee added
Alerts you when a new bill payee has been added to your account. Get notified if someone trying to set themselves up to receive payment out of your account.
New Interac® e-Transfer recipient added
Alerts you when a new e-Transfer recipient has been added to your account using your MEMBER CARD number. Get notified if you didn't add the new recipient.

Credit card alerts.
Keep track of your enviro™ Visa* account activity and monitor your spending easily through enviro Visa credit card alerts. They’re available through the Manage my Visa card website and Online Banking.
Here are the alerts you can set up for your credit card and how:
Remaining credit limit
In Manage my Visa card under “Manage alerts” you can enable notifications for when your available credit is equal to or less than the amount you specify.
Payment coming due
In Manage my Visa card under “Manage alerts”, you can set up alerts to notify you when your upcoming credit card payment is due.
International transaction
Get alerts when an international transaction (including cash withdrawals) occurs.
In Manage my Visa card:
- Go to “Manage card controls” to block usage of your card internationally and specify countries you want to include as an exception.
- Go to “Manage alerts”, to receive an alert when a purchase is attempted in a blocked country or if a purchase is made outside of a specified country. You can set this up as a general alert under “Outside Canada” in Online Banking.
Online and phone transactions
In Manage my Visa card under “Manage alerts”, you can set up alerts that notify you when your card is used for an online purchase.
In Online Banking, you can set up alerts for when your account is used for a transaction online or over the phone.
Transaction declined
Get alerts when a transaction on your account is declined.
Further customization options in Manage my Visa card under “Manage card controls”, include setting limits and blocking card usage by amount, country, or merchant category. You can also enable alerts for transactions that get declined because of these settings.
You can set this as a general alert in Online Banking or in Manage my Visa card.
Purchase amount
In Manage my Visa card under “Manage alerts” or in Online Banking, you can set up an alert for when a purchase is over a set amount.
Under “Manage card controls”, you can also set up a card control to block transactions over a certain amount altogether.
ATM cash withdrawal
In Online Banking, you can set up alerts to be notified when a cash withdrawal from an ATM is made.
