Food Scraps curbside collection in Metro Vancouver
Vancity is partnering with Metro Vancouver to encourage you to separate your food scraps from your garbage. About one third of the average home’s garbage is made up of food scraps, so we’re working to help bring these food scraps to a regional composting facility where high-quality compost is made and sold to local landscapers and farmers. Here is region-specific information on your municipality’s curbside collection schedule:
