Values and commitments

We created a Statement of Values and Commitments to guide our activities today and in future. The statement isn't new — it's how we've always done business. But we put it in writing to ensure we stay true to our values even as we grow and change.

Our Statement of Values and Commitments isn't a top-down decree from management. Rather, it's the result of a highly consultative process involving a broad cross-section of our staff, Board members, and members and representatives of our communities.

Walking the talk

We're committed to living up to the Statement and measuring how well we're performing. We report how well we live up to our values and commitments in our externally verified annual reports. This way you can judge for yourself how well we're "walking the talk".
